I enjoy the quiet atmosphere in this beautiful building making friends with many other retirees. The activities here in the club room help to fill my day including late afternoon bridge.

I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Vista Riverwest in Noblesville. As a resident of this 55+ luxury apartment community, I really appreciate the thoughtful design and attention to detail throughout the property. My apartment is modern, spacious, and very well-maintained, with high-end finishes that make it feel like home. The shared spaces are always clean and inviting, and the amenities add a lot of comfort and convenience to daily living. What really stands out, though, are the people and the atmosphere. I have made the most meaningful friendships, and there are plentiful opportunities for socialization. The staff is consistently professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. And the atmosphere is peaceful, friendly, and welcoming. Overall, Vista Riverwest offers a great balance of independence and community. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-managed, comfortable, and upscale 55+ living experience in Noblesville.

I have enjoyed living here at Vista at RiverWest. The property is well maintained. The staff of Melissa, Lori, and Waseem are extremely welcoming, friendly, and responsive. I feel I have known them for years. The building is quiet and the social gatherings are fun. Considering all these factors I would rate Vista as 5 stars. As a result of the most recent investment owner business decision to remove the 55+ age restriction and open the property leasing as “conventional”, is the reason I cannot give 5 stars. I, as many others, moved here because of the 55+ designation. I have always lived in multi-family communities which was fine when I was younger. But being over 55, I do not want to deal with children, school busses, children playing on the elevator or running up and down the halls. It took me six months of living here of realizing that at 8:20am and 3:00pm doors were not being slammed as kids came home from school. I love the peaceful, quiet, clean, friendly environment of people of similar age/gene

When I moved into Vista Riverwest in March 2026, I truly believed I had found my long-term home. There was so much to love about this community. The apartment itself is beautiful, the grounds are well maintained, and the amenities are wonderful. More importantly, I met some of the warmest, kindest people I could have hoped for. I quickly made friends, enjoyed the events sponsored by the apartment community, and appreciated the activities organized by fellow residents. The sense of community was something very special. The staff I worked with during my move-in were outstanding. Lori, my leasing agent, made the entire process seamless and welcoming. Waseem was always friendly and helpful, and when Melissa joined the team after I moved in and was also welcoming.
